Maintenance

The site is fully maintained allowing us to put our horticultural experience to good use in the upkeep of the gardens and lawns. We take great pride in nurturing our landscape and wildlife right down to the nest boxes we’ve carefully placed in and around the site.

Our full maintenance package means you get to relax whilst others work and includes:

• All gardening – each lodge has a private garden area for you to relax in, and the site itself is generously planted to offer a tranquil haven for the wildlife as well as our residents. We are really looking forward to watching the gardens mature.
• Staining of decks – Our decks are built to last and will witness many happy hours of relaxation and socialising so a little tlc will reap rewards over the long term.
• Annual exterior lodge cleaning – The construction of our luxury lodges is part of their attraction, but even the best technology can’t completely defy the elements. We’ll make sure your exterior stays in tip top condition.
• Maintenance of sewerage system – Not a subject many of us want to discuss in depth, so rest assured this aspect of the site is not something you need ever worry about.
• Waste/rubbish collection – A beautiful site deserves to stay that way so regular waste and rubbish collections are a central part of our maintenance package.
